About the role
- Creative Producer responsible for creating and managing social media content for a gaming company. Engaging millions of players and developing innovative content strategies across various platforms.
Responsibilities
- As a Creative Producer you will create content and manage our various social media accounts
- Engage millions of players and secure a place for our brands in the world of social media
- Independently conceive, implement and manage our social media strategies on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Spotify (podcast), Twitch, etc.
- Develop and produce formats for Reels, Shorts, TikToks, highlight channels, etc.
- Repurpose and post-produce livestream content
- Lead freelancer teams (e.g., editors/cutters, thumbnail designers, copywriters), including briefing, feedback and quality control
- Build new content channels (e.g., podcast, behind-the-scenes)
- Work closely with the founding team and internal creators
Requirements
- Very good knowledge of Premiere Pro and Photoshop
- Proven experience in video cutting, posting and format development (e.g., Shorts, TikToks, Reels)
- High self-motivation, structured working style, and strong execution skills
- Ability to take ownership, prioritize tasks and work in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong instinct for social media trends — you know what will go viral before others post it
- Creative eye for storytelling and for how content performs on different platforms
- Fluent German (written and spoken); English skills are a plus
