Requirements

7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including 3+ years in a sales or commercial leadership role.
Deep understanding of the local healthcare system, regulatory landscape, and market access strategies.
Proven success in launching and managing pharmaceutical products.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Fluency in Italian and English.
