Requirements

  • Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including 3+ years in a sales or commercial leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of the local healthcare system, regulatory landscape, and market access strategies.
  • Proven success in launching and managing pharmaceutical products.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
