Responsibilities
Provide both on-site and remote IT support to internal employees, ensuring quick resolutions to technical issues
Co-administer systems such as Google Workspace, Okta, and Jamf with a focus on office-specific needs
Troubleshoot and manage repairs for an all-Mac fleet, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
Deliver IT training to staff, empowering them to make the most of available tools and technologies
Co-lead the setup and configuration of equipment and technology for new office locations
Offer ongoing support to on-site and regional teams, fostering a smooth and productive work environment
Ensure the security, maintenance, and efficient operation of all IT assets
Requirements
4+ years of relevant IT experience
4+ years of experience with Google Workspace, Jamf, Okta, and Mac troubleshooting/servicing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple responsibilities effectively
Passion for learning and applying new technologies to improve IT systems and processes
Basic understanding of networking and best security practices
Experience with IT security protocols and best practices (Nice to Have)
Apple Device Support or Deployment and Management certifications a plus (Nice to Have)
