Assume full responsibility of portfolio of clients allocated and ensure highest quality of service being delivered in line with company objectives
Termination of trusts, companies and foundations in any jurisdiction
Assist with transfers in/out of entities from other service providers
Assisting in client meeting preparations and efficient follow up of general matters arising
Handling documentation and resolutions with regard to transactions and restructures
Drafting of resolutions relating to payments and settlements
Drafting of Loan Agreements, Powers of Attorney, Facility Documentation, property transaction documents and other required documentation
Preparation of various forms, including Payment request, Investment Recommendation and Bank Account Opening forms if required
Supporting in the management of compliance issues and maintenance of records and preparation/supply of due diligence on entities administered
Assisting Directors and Senior Personnel on ad-hoc client requests and administration of entities and projects; providing absence cover and work overflow support
Liaison with accountants to ensure financial accounts are prepared and reviewed in a timely manner
Any other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the offshore financial services industry
Hold an equivalent degree or professional qualifications like ICSA (Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrations)
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels
