About the role

  • Handle administrative tasks related to the management of purpose-bound trust assets for pension provision and other benefits
  • Set up trust accounts and custody accounts with banks and custodians as part of implementing client-specific trust solutions (account opening and KYC processes, including anti‑money‑laundering checks)
  • Execute transactions within the trust assets (order processes, transfers, capital contributions, reimbursements) as part of designated asset management
  • Prepare regular client-specific analyses and reports on the respective trust assets
  • Support the invoicing/billing process
  • Assist with client inquiries regarding trust solutions
  • Review data submissions and billing documents
  • Mail handling and document filing
  • Support additional ad-hoc requests and projects within Pension Funding Consulting

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled student in any field of study (preferably in economics/business, finance, or a mathematics-related program)
  • Some practical experience in similar commercial/administrative roles is an advantage
  • Interest in working with numbers and in capital markets is a plus
  • Reliable, team-oriented, committed and proactive
  • Confident user of MS Office products (in particular Excel and Word)
  • Very good German and ideally good English skills, both written and spoken
