Internship in Human Resources for a leading distribution company in Europe. Supporting payroll and personnel administration tasks within a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
Apoyarás en el proceso de nómina de Almacenes y Servicios Internos (inventarios, nocturnidades, domingos, festivos, etc.)
Colaborarás en los procesos mensuales de Administración de Personal .
Apoyo en la gestión para la emisión de certificados de paternidad, maternidad y de empresa .
Resolverás las consultas y dudas de los colaboradores en materia de administración de personal.
Asesorarás a los Managers en temas relacionados con la administración de personal.
Colaborarás en el reporting del área .
Darás soporte al Responsable del Área en la gestión de la cuenta de explotación (facturación) .
Requirements
Grado universitario en Derecho o Relaciones Laborales .
Estar cursando un Máster en Recursos Humanos o similar y poder firmar convenio de prácticas .
Experiencia anterior en beca, realizando funciones similares.
Disponibilidad de realizar jornada completa.
Dominio de Excel a nivel avanzado.
