About the role
- Launch and shape LEAP's Conveyancing Law offering for UK conveyancing firms
- Ensure precedents and template documents are relevant, valuable, and continually updated
- Identify new documents and automation opportunities within LEAP
- Collaborate with integration partners to enhance companion solutions and build new integrations
- Explore and implement solutions to provide litigation support tailored to Conveyancing Law
- Drive software adoption by demonstrating value to law firms and conveyancing teams
- Support national sales via software demonstrations, seminars, and client engagements
- Create and lead thought leadership initiatives (articles, webinars, podcasts) to engage the Conveyancing Law market
- Assist lawyers to use AI to maximise LEAP's benefits for efficiency and revenue retention
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working directly in Conveyancing Law, ideally in small to medium-sized law firms
- Strong work ethic and client service mindset
- Conveyancing process subject matter expert
- Passion for technology, including familiarity with legal software
- Highly motivated and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of driving growth and innovation
- Willingness to assist lawyers to use AI to get the best out of LEAP
