Responsibilities
Own the end to end recruitment process for Engineering roles
Partner with hiring managers, leadership, and the global Talent team to define role requirements and hiring criteria
Build and execute sourcing strategies using tools and creative, unconventional outreach methods to build a continuous pipeline of high-quality candidates of all levels
Screen candidates for both technical expertise and alignment to our Core Values and company culture
Manage scheduling, feedback loops, and interview coordination
Provide regular updates and data-driven insights on recruiting pipelines and hiring progress
Represent the company brand, culture, and business to candidates in a competitive talent market
Requirements
5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on engineering and technical roles of all levels
Exceptional technical and business acumen; you are able to dig deeper into technical assessments and able to effectively evangelize the Company’s business and product outlook
Proven track record in outbound sourcing and hiring engineers and technical professions in SaaS/AI/startup environment
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced KPI-driven environment
Outstanding communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Thrives with creative, unconventional sourcing methods to find the best talents
Self-starter and team player with the ability to work independently and deliver measurable results
