Responsibilities
- Own the end to end recruitment process for Engineering roles
- Partner with hiring managers, leadership, and the global Talent team to define role requirements and hiring criteria
- Build and execute sourcing strategies using tools and creative, unconventional outreach methods to build a continuous pipeline of high-quality candidates of all levels
- Screen candidates for both technical expertise and alignment to our Core Values and company culture
- Manage scheduling, feedback loops, and interview coordination
- Provide regular updates and data-driven insights on recruiting pipelines and hiring progress
- Represent the company brand, culture, and business to candidates in a competitive talent market
Requirements
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on engineering and technical roles of all levels
- Exceptional technical and business acumen; you are able to dig deeper into technical assessments and able to effectively evangelize the Company’s business and product outlook
- Proven track record in outbound sourcing and hiring engineers and technical professions in SaaS/AI/startup environment
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced KPI-driven environment
- Outstanding communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Thrives with creative, unconventional sourcing methods to find the best talents
- Self-starter and team player with the ability to work independently and deliver measurable results
