About the role

  • Lead regular content audits to identify gaps, remove redundant or outdated content, and maintain accurate on-brand content library
  • Develop, document, and socialize content strategy processes, including creation, approval, and publishing workflows
  • Configure and manage the digital asset management platform as single source of truth in partnership with sales enablement
  • Enable cross-functional teams (product marketing, sales, customer support) to access and use content systems effectively
  • Assist in implementation and standardization of new content tools and technologies, ensuring integration and adoption
  • Act as operational hub of content engine, building systems and workflows that drive content consistency, scalability, and discoverability
  • Partner across Clio (Sales, Enablement, Partnerships, Marketing) to align content with business priorities and distribution channels

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in content operations, content marketing, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of content lifecycle management, taxonomy, metadata, and governance best practices
  • Demonstrated interest in improving craft using AI
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify process gaps and inconsistencies
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience with project management tools (like Asana)
  • Experience with sales enablement/DAM platforms (like Seismic)
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment (preferred)
  • Experience with AI and machine learning applications in content strategy or operations, including building or implementing AI tools
  • Location: Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto (local Clion expectation)
