Lead regular content audits to identify gaps, remove redundant or outdated content, and maintain accurate on-brand content library
Develop, document, and socialize content strategy processes, including creation, approval, and publishing workflows
Configure and manage the digital asset management platform as single source of truth in partnership with sales enablement
Enable cross-functional teams (product marketing, sales, customer support) to access and use content systems effectively
Assist in implementation and standardization of new content tools and technologies, ensuring integration and adoption
Act as operational hub of content engine, building systems and workflows that drive content consistency, scalability, and discoverability
Partner across Clio (Sales, Enablement, Partnerships, Marketing) to align content with business priorities and distribution channels
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in content operations, content marketing, or similar role
Strong understanding of content lifecycle management, taxonomy, metadata, and governance best practices
Demonstrated interest in improving craft using AI
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify process gaps and inconsistencies
Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders
Experience with project management tools (like Asana)
Experience with sales enablement/DAM platforms (like Seismic)
Experience in a B2B SaaS environment (preferred)
Experience with AI and machine learning applications in content strategy or operations, including building or implementing AI tools
Location: Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto (local Clion expectation)
