Manage project workflow and translations
Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time
Assist in organizing resources and managing timelines
Publish content and monitor results to support marketing engagement
Work closely with various marketing departments to coordinate projects
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience (at least 1–2 years of experience in marketing coordination, traffic management, or translation coordination)
Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Quick to learn new tools and technologies
Able to work independently, stay organized, and contribute as a member of a collaborative team
Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written
