About the role

  • Write informative and engaging website content, email campaigns, and newsletters to educate audience, drive organic traffic, and generate leads
  • Create a social media calendar and craft engaging on-brand content for social channels
  • Develop briefs for graphic designer to ensure visual content aligns with messaging
  • Analyze content performance across channels, track key metrics and engagement rates, provide data-driven recommendations for optimization
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams on content-related tasks and campaigns
  • Work closely with marketing team and in-house graphic designer to produce compelling content that drives marketing efforts

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in content creation, ideally within the IT or B2B SaaS industry
  • Ability to write for a technical audience and translate complex features into clear benefits
  • Solid understanding of WordPress, GA4, GSC, SEO tools like Ahrefs or similar software
  • Proactive, strategic thinker, able to take initiative
  • Team player who is collaborative and flexible
  • Open to feedback and learning
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English
  • Experience producing video content (bonus)
