About the role

  • Contribute to the development, accreditation, and publishing of accredited CE/CME learning programs.
  • Manage online content publishing and quality assurance review for CE/CME activities.
  • Maintain CE-CME record-keeping according to accreditation requirements and submit accurate accreditation records to accreditation boards.
  • Respond to customer service escalations and communicate with stakeholders, planners, and management.
  • Generate and analyze data for publisher reports, activity evaluations, and financial reports on scheduled intervals.
  • Manage online CE/CME activity publishing workflow including metadata tagging, content, tests, and answer keys.
  • Perform quality assurance testing for tests, answers, accreditation statements, certificates, and evaluations ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.
  • Assist CE-CME planners in preparing accreditation applications, storing required records, and retrieving documents for audits.
  • Assist with onboarding new contractors including freelance subject matter experts and test-writers.
  • Process invoices with correct cost accounting codes, track invoices, and report on project-related expenses.
  • Participate in CE-CME quality improvement processes and operational excellence; identify and correct content and process errors.
  • Support learning content development and correspond with accreditation and state licensure boards; monitor vendor service, quality, and accuracy.

Requirements

  • 2 years of college (minimum); 4-year university degree preferred.
  • At least 3 years of progressive experience in a learning or content editing role related to healthcare continuing education accreditation.
  • Knowledge of US-based national and state accreditation policies and procedures (required).
  • Experience with national and/or state nursing continuing professional development (NCPD) and continuing medical education (CME) accreditation reporting preferred (CE Broker, PARS, NARS, CPE Monitor, or similar).
  • Computer fluency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, One Drive.
  • Past experience with digital content management systems (required).
  • Experience with digital document workflow and automation tools (highly recommended).
  • Ability to respond to customer service escalations in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Willingness/ability to appear onsite as part of recruitment process; minimal travel (1-2 times per year).
