- Manage strategic project management and execution at Ploomes, the leading CRM company in Latin America. Ensuring efficiency, stakeholder alignment, and on-time deliveries in sales projects.
Responsibilities
- Conduzir projetos com autonomia crescente, alinhando equipes e garantindo entregas estratégicas;
- Planejamento, execução e controle de cronogramas, escopo e orçamento;
- Elaboração de EAP/WBS, indicadores de performance e relatórios de status;
- Gerenciar múltiplos projetos simultaneamente, com foco em prazos e entregas.
- interagir com áreas técnicas e stakeholders, sem necessidade de liderar equipes diretamente;
- Implementação de indicadores de acompanhamento e envio de status report semanal.
Requirements
- Experiência sólida em Gestão de Projetos;
- Definição de prioridades e capacidade de resolução de problemas;
- Senso de urgência e postura de dono;
- Liderança, organização, disciplina, empatia e comunicação;
- Facilidade para análise estratégica;
- Facilidade com raciocínio lógico;
- Conhecimento de PMI/PMBOK e SCRUM;
- Domínio de ferramentas como MS Project, Jira, Trello, Power BI e Excel avançado.
- Formação em Administração, Engenharia ou áreas afins.
