About the role

  • Support large-scale content management initiatives, ensuring workflows align with enterprise publishing standards.
  • Define and validate API requirements, collaborating with development teams to ensure seamless platform interoperability.
  • Elicit and analyse functional, non-functional, and technical requirements through interviews, workshops, documents, and other discovery methods.
  • Maintain a prioritised, well-groomed backlog to ensure sprint readiness.
  • Work with technical and business teams to clarify requirements, acceptance criteria, and resolve dependencies.
  • Conduct impact assessments for major changes and support QA activities including UAT and validation.
  • Partner with global stakeholders to shape concepts, define technical visions, and evaluate trade-offs.
  • Work with stakeholders and Product Manager to prioritise requirements for upcoming sprints.
  • Prepare user documentation and communication materials to support system understanding and adoption.

Requirements

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
  • Experience working with global teams and regional stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to gather and translate requirements into user stories in an agile environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail; fluent in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid API knowledge, including defining, consuming, and validating integrations.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, adaptive development environments.
  • **Desirable Attributes**
  • Experience with **CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager or Optimizely.**
  • Familiarity with charting/data-visualisation tools used in publishing or reporting workflows.
  • Experience with **Azure DevOps. **
  • Ability to evaluate and recommend external technologies for integration.
  • Degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
