- Coordinate work between engineering, data science, product, and operations teams.
- Report on project progress, risks, and results.
- Analyze data and processes to find improvements.
- Help develop best practices for the AI team.
- Support communication and change management when new technologies are introduced.
Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in tech, data, or innovation-focused roles.
- Ability to turn business needs into technical solutions and measurable results.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience with Agile methods (like Kanban) and tools (such as Azure DevOps).
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Familiarity with AI, data analytics, or R&D is a plus.
- Degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
