About the role

• Analista de Negócios focado em Crédito na equipe de Crédito do Sicredi. Responsável por análises de dados e construção de soluções para o desenvolvimento financeiro e social.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analyses and interpret credit performance and results
• Prepare materials to monitor and communicate credit cycle results
• Promote, influence and monitor initiatives with potential to positively impact the organization’s results
• Support high-complexity tickets together with the contact center and technology teams
• Maintain ongoing interaction with product and business teams to drive engagement and coordinate actions
• Build and maintain close relationships with cooperatives and central offices, supporting business management from a results-oriented perspective
• Participate in and deliver presentations at events with central offices and/or cooperatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field
• Knowledge of the financial market and applicable regulations, especially related to credit products
• Ability to work with data and analytics tools such as SQL, SAS, Databricks and Excel
• Proficiency with presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint or equivalent)
• Strong communication skills: written, verbal and storytelling
