Responsibilities
- Conduct data analyses and interpret credit performance and results
- Prepare materials to monitor and communicate credit cycle results
- Promote, influence and monitor initiatives with potential to positively impact the organization’s results
- Support high-complexity tickets together with the contact center and technology teams
- Maintain ongoing interaction with product and business teams to drive engagement and coordinate actions
- Build and maintain close relationships with cooperatives and central offices, supporting business management from a results-oriented perspective
- Participate in and deliver presentations at events with central offices and/or cooperatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field
- Knowledge of the financial market and applicable regulations, especially related to credit products
- Ability to work with data and analytics tools such as SQL, SAS, Databricks and Excel
- Proficiency with presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills: written, verbal and storytelling
