Requirements
- You're an experienced construction leader with at least 10 years in construction management.
- A reputation for getting the best out of a team.
- Understand the technical and commercial sides of construction from reading drawings and managing detail.
- Navigating contracts and budgets with confidence.
- Ideally proficient in MS Project, Procore, and Jobpac.
- Strong knowledge of construction law and head contracts.
- Health and safety is second nature to you.
- Collaborative approach that earns the trust of clients, consultants, and subcontractors alike.
