About the role

  • Lead annual merit and bonus cycles, including audits, system testing, and user support
  • Maintain regional grading and salary structures aligned with global standards
  • Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis
  • Ensure compliance with compensation policies and lead corrective initiatives
  • Advise on organizational design, pay equity, and legal considerations
  • Strengthen communication around compensation and rewards
  • Audit and correct compensation-related data
  • Support HR teams in understanding and using Workday effectively
  • Generate and analyze reports (e.g., pay equity, merit increases, bonus payouts)
  • Partner with global Total Rewards and Americas HR teams on initiatives
  • Coach and empower HR colleagues on compensation matters
  • Collaborate with benefits teams and regional leaders as a trusted advisor
  • Contribute to EPIC (Empowerment, Passion, Inspiration, Community) initiatives.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in HR, Finance, or Business
  • 7–10 years’ experience in compensation and benefits, ideally in a mid-to-large SaaS or publicly traded company
  • Strong knowledge of North American compensation practices and global environments
  • Proficiency in Workday and Excel
  • Understanding of FLSA, ACA, and compliance frameworks
  • Experience with M&A processes
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and project management skills
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a drive for continuous improvement
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
