Requirements
- 10+ years of IT leadership experience, ideally within an AEC / engineering consulting environment
- Strong background in infrastructure, cloud strategy, and enterprise systems (ERP, HRIS, integrations)
- Proven experience leading IT transformation or modernization initiatives
- Experience supporting engineering applications (Autodesk, ESRI, Bentley)
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity, risk management, and IT operations
- Experience with system integration, data architecture, or platform connectivity.
