About the role

  • Lead Product Manager managing the delivery of complex product projects for a tech company. Driving product strategy and ensuring client satisfaction at Theodo.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product strategy with the client: value modeling, product architecture, EPICs, making trade-off decisions and ensuring technical-functional alignment.
  • Ensure successful delivery by coordinating multiple squads to deliver complex projects on time, within budget and at the expected quality level.
  • Create the conditions for team success by defining the right setup (Theodo teams or partners), negotiating the necessary resources and adapting the organization to project constraints.
  • Provide visibility and clarity through appropriate governance mechanisms to align all stakeholders.
  • Manage and develop Product Managers, creating an environment that supports their success, skill growth and positioning with the client and/or at Theodo.
  • Guarantee long-term client satisfaction by building trust, identifying new opportunities and collaborating with Sales, Staffing and People teams.

Requirements

  • Degree from a top engineering school, with more than 5 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in product management (Senior PM / Lead PM / Head of Product), in a startup, IT services firm (ESN) or consulting firm.
  • Strong interest in designing products with high business impact, with a passion for technology and solid technical knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client skills: able to build trusting relationships, interact with top management and comfortable in large-account environments.
  • Client-first mindset: available, responsive, attentive, able to prioritize the client, incorporate feedback, anticipate needs and manage sensitive situations.
  • Strong negotiation and management skills: active listening, effective questioning, ability to challenge, manage conflict and give demanding feedback calmly and clearly, with a focus on collective improvement.
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow, able to challenge their team, ask for help and accept being challenged.
