Responsibilities
You will support our team with the preparation and follow-up of our community events.
Manage the community email inboxes, including responding to incoming messages.
Maintain and update our community database (CRM).
Manage invitations and send invites to community members.
Analyze participant questionnaires and prepare event reports.
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in administrative roles.
You speak and write German and English at a minimum C1 level.
You are committed, proactive, and reliable.
You work well following guidance and clear processes.
You have a suitable remote workspace with reliable high-speed internet.
