Responsibilities
Support the organization and distribution of tasks for the creative team, ensuring smooth workflows and meeting deadlines
Create and maintain the daily delivery schedule, updating tools such as Jira and Miro with status and priorities
Upload content to digital channels such as the blog, social media, and intranet, ensuring consistency and quality
Contribute to the development of editorial calendars and content plans for communication channels
Monitor performance and engagement metrics for content, supporting result analysis
Meet with internal stakeholders to align on briefings, ensuring all information is complete and organized for execution
Verify that delivered materials are correct and match the requested specifications
Conduct market research and communication benchmarks, providing references that support the team’s creative and strategic development
Assist in organizing and updating content across networks and internal environments
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed in Communications, Advertising, or related fields
Organized, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills
Interest in design, branding, and communications
