About the role

  • Manage corporate internal communication strategy for EVIM, promoting clear values and informing employees about strategic goals. Collaborate with leaders and ensure effective communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of a group-wide communications strategy
  • Management and further development of all internal communication channels (SharePoint, company app CMS, newsletter, on-site formats)
  • Advising the Executive Board, Head of HR and managers on communications matters
  • Professional support for change and transformation processes
  • Editorial planning and creation of target-group-appropriate content
  • Coordination of group-wide communications projects and ensuring consistent standards

Requirements

  • Degree in communications, media, journalism, human resources or a related field
  • Several years of experience in internal or corporate communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with digital communication platforms
  • Strong conceptual thinking, organizational skills and sensitivity to different target groups
  • Confident handling of sensitive topics and complex organisational structures
