About the role

  • Brand and Communications Team Lead shaping global brand narrative for Yodeck SaaS company. Leading brand initiatives and ensuring consistent messaging across campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and continuously evolve Yodeck’s brand identity, tone of voice, and messaging
  • Ensure consistency and high quality across campaigns, brand assets, and internal communications
  • Contribute to brand and thought leadership initiatives that reinforce Yodeck’s category leadership
  • Shape compelling narratives that connect Yodeck’s value proposition to customer and industry needs
  • Support the planning and execution of global and local brand campaigns
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure high-quality, on-brand execution
  • Partner with HR and People teams to deliver employer branding and internal communications initiatives
  • Track and analyze performance across brand, social, and campaign initiatives, applying insights to improve future impact
  • Activate social media to support brand campaigns, PR moments, and executive visibility
  • Translate brand narratives into engaging, platform-native content across social media channels
  • Amplify Yodeck’s culture, values, and employee experience through employer branding initiatives
  • Support community-driven initiatives (webinars, events, advocacy, user stories) to strengthen brand trust and long-term engagement

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or communications roles (B2B SaaS or tech preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • Strong storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid understanding of brand building in growth-stage or multi-region environments
  • Proven experience executing brand campaigns and social media strategies
  • Experience collaborating with designers, content creators, and external agencies
  • Familiarity with earned media, PR, and thought leadership initiatives and their impact on brand visibility and share of voice
  • Experience supporting employer branding or culture-led brand initiatives
  • Creative, brand-first mindset with a hands-on execution approach
  • Experience coordinating the creation of high-quality multimedia assets to support internal teams
  • Highly collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
  • Proactive and strategic mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and propose brand initiatives that support category leadership and long-term brand growth
