About the role

  • Evaluate the risk level of Custom commercial transactions.
  • Make well-informed decisions based on company guidelines.
  • Manage a portfolio and collaborate with Relationship Managers.
  • Prepare comprehensive credit summaries for loan requests.
  • Analyze all financial statements for credit worthiness.
  • Identify credit strengths, weaknesses and industry risks.
  • Support management of the Relationship Manager portfolio.
  • Make credit decisions in compliance with bank policies.
  • Negotiate loan structures and terms in line with client needs and bank policies.
  • Monitor portfolio for credit conditions and compliance.

Requirements

  • Preferred 5 – 7 years of relevant experience in credit or lending instruments or financial operations in a corporate or banking environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Finance and Accounting preferred.
  • Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.
  • Foundational level of proficiency: Structuring Deals
  • Advanced level of proficiency: Problem Solving, Collaboration, Detail-Oriented, Customer Service, Loan Structuring, Regulatory Compliance, Portfolio Management, Credit Risk Assessment, Banking Operations.
  • Expert level of proficiency: Financial analysis.
