- Make well-informed decisions based on company guidelines.
- Manage a portfolio and collaborate with Relationship Managers.
- Prepare comprehensive credit summaries for loan requests.
- Analyze all financial statements for credit worthiness.
- Identify credit strengths, weaknesses and industry risks.
- Support management of the Relationship Manager portfolio.
- Make credit decisions in compliance with bank policies.
- Negotiate loan structures and terms in line with client needs and bank policies.
- Monitor portfolio for credit conditions and compliance.
Requirements
- Preferred 5 – 7 years of relevant experience in credit or lending instruments or financial operations in a corporate or banking environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Finance and Accounting preferred.
- Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.
- Foundational level of proficiency: Structuring Deals
- Advanced level of proficiency: Problem Solving, Collaboration, Detail-Oriented, Customer Service, Loan Structuring, Regulatory Compliance, Portfolio Management, Credit Risk Assessment, Banking Operations.
