Responsibilities
- Responsible for successful execution of the construction and start-up of the project
- Provides leadership to the project staff and all organizations on site
- Directs staff in the daily/weekly planning process
- Functions as a representative for Black & Veatch in all interactions involving the Owner and Contract
- Implements Black & Veatch standards and procedures
- Develops project specific procedures and allocates resources
- Makes decisions in support of project strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required with 10+ years experience on similar projects in construction management role
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Manager
- No degree required with 15+ years experience
- 5+ years in a construction management role on smaller projects
- 3 years as a Site Manager
