About the role

  • Operational Manager for Bureau Veritas overseeing a team in the construction sector. Ensuring delivery quality and driving commercial development in Northwest region of France.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational management of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Contribute to business development within your area of responsibility.
  • Manage a team of 16 employees.
  • Conduct regular business reviews.
  • Lead your department and participate in the regional management committee (CODIR).
  • Retain and strengthen client relationships.
  • Ensure service compliance and guarantee client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in civil engineering, construction, management, business, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the civil engineering or construction sector, with proven experience in management and commercial development.
  • Valid driving licence (category B) required.
