Responsibilities
Support GE Healthcare ANZ’s 3 Equipment Segments with high quality, repeatable commercial processes
Drive commercial improvement & growth through system knowledge
Build standard work and ongoing process improvements in inquiry to order process
Manage the team of ITO specialists
Assemble the system and analytical tools for funnel development
Be a central point of contact for CRM improvements
Requirements
5 years experience in a commercial / sales business
Strong understanding of business systems
Strong influencing skills and stakeholder management
Proficiency in designing and implementing new systems/processes
Structured problem solving and change management capability (LEAN, Six Sigma, CAP etc)
