About the role

  • **Responsible for relationship management and engagement of representatives**, with special focus on activating and monitoring lower-performing representatives.
  • Performing the **classification of leads from Marketing** and **prospecting new representatives**.
  • Direct involvement in **sales of used, pre-owned, and damaged products**.
  • Conducting **product trainings** and **corporate presentations** for new representatives.
  • Participation in **regular alignment and performance meetings**.
  • Creating and updating **broadcast lists** to announce promotions and new launches.
  • Additionally, conducting **in-person meetings with key clients** to strengthen relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Availability to travel is desirable.
  • Degree in **Business Administration** or related fields.
  • Experience in the **commercial/sales area**, with in-person and online customer service.
  • **Knowledge of negotiation techniques** and customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in the **Microsoft Office suite** and experience with **CRM systems**.
  • Experience in **after-sales/post-sales**, focused on customer retention and loyalty.
