Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account
Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs
Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers
Drive growth within an existing assigned account
Requirements
Average of 5-10 years of full cycle sales experience
At least 3 years in the field
Proven experience in managing existing customer accounts to drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Ability to build and deliver presentations
Ability to strategize with a large extended team
