About the role

  • Commercial Account Executive selling Salesforce Customer 360 platform to telecommunications, media, and technology industries. Engaging with customers and developing long-term strategies for account growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
  • Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account
  • Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs
  • Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers
  • Drive growth within an existing assigned account

Requirements

  • Average of 5-10 years of full cycle sales experience
  • At least 3 years in the field
  • Proven experience in managing existing customer accounts to drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Ability to build and deliver presentations
  • Ability to strategize with a large extended team
