Schedule initial meetings between qualified prospects and our Outside Sales Representatives.
Manage and update the CRM database meticulously.
Ensure all client interactions and data are accurately recorded and organized.
Achieve weekly outbound call targets.
Track and report the number of decision-maker conversations.
Set a targeted number of first-time appointments for the Outside Sales Representatives.
Requirements
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in an inside sales or lead generation capacity.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
