About the role

  • Inside Sales Representative generating qualified leads for the Outside Sales Team at a growing IT company. Engaging decision-makers and managing CRM for client acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through outbound calls.
  • Maintain a steady flow of qualified leads for the Outside Sales Team.
  • Engage in ongoing, meaningful conversations with decision-makers and business leaders.
  • Deliver the message of who we are and how we help businesses succeed by leveraging technology.
  • Warm up potential prospects, especially those who may not yet recognize their need for our services.
  • Schedule initial meetings between qualified prospects and our Outside Sales Representatives.
  • Manage and update the CRM database meticulously.
  • Ensure all client interactions and data are accurately recorded and organized.
  • Achieve weekly outbound call targets.
  • Track and report the number of decision-maker conversations.
  • Set a targeted number of first-time appointments for the Outside Sales Representatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in an inside sales or lead generation capacity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
