About the role

  • Collaborate directly with stakeholders to outline needs and flag any challenges.
  • Own requests from end-to-end, starting with requirements gathering to stakeholder deliverables / presentations
  • Perform standard and customized data analysis to support stakeholder needs/requests
  • Provide data-based actionable insights empowering stakeholders to effectively measure performance, establish improvement goals, comprehend relationships between variables, predict outcomes and make strategic decisions
  • Serve as a product and clinical trial subject matter expert resource for Teckro and provide support across multiple departments within the organization
  • Work to establish measurable and actionable KPIs, developing appropriate tracking mechanisms
  • Continually assess stakeholder feedback and business performance to help identify value opportunities, identifying opportunities to expand capabilities to leverage additional data and/or better use of existing solutions
  • Communicate analytic solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and effective manner and anticipate critical business questions to support
  • Translate complex data into simple conclusions that empower teams to make decisions and take action
  • Act as a leader within the Growth team, supporting colleagues with knowledge sharing, as well as providing support and guidance when delegating activities
  • Any additional duties as defined and agreed with line manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; Master’s degree an advantage
  • 4+ years of professional experience in performance metrics & analytics, preferably in the clinical research space
  • Demonstrated expertise in understanding customer requirements and proposing solutions
  • Understanding of global drug development, clinical trial process and ICH/GCP guidelines
  • Working knowledge of existing landscape of Life Science technologies, applications
  • Data analysis skills with advanced proficiency leveraging Excel or similar analytical tool(s).
  • Experience with data visualization via Tableau, Qlik Sense, QuickSight or Power BI an advantage
  • Excellent written, verbal, and public speaking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, requiring superior skills in critical thinking, influencing, and managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Flexibility to travel when needed.
