  • You are the central interface between our clients and our company — strategic, solution-oriented, and always ready to listen
  • You develop long-term client relationships, identify opportunities, and support them from the initial idea through to successful project completion
  • Together with IT, project management, and service management, you shape tailored IT strategies that deliver real added value
  • You identify cross- and upselling opportunities with a genuine understanding of customer value and systematically grow new and existing accounts
  • You keep track of all aspects related to customer satisfaction, reporting, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Account Management, or Customer Success within an IT environment
  • You can speak both the language of IT and the language of executive management
  • Passion for people, IT, and strategic development
  • Business-fluent German, good command of English, and a talent for clear, respectful communication
  • Proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to set priorities
