About the role

  • Responsible for customer interaction, documentation issuance, review and system setups.
  • Demonstrates high level of diligence, motivation and organizational skills.
  • Performs day to day management of the account opening and maintenance processing.
  • Ensuring account maintenance requirements are clearly defined to support all scenarios.
  • Assist with performing financial, statistical, and operational studies.
  • Research and interpret information, identify inconsistencies and make recommendations.
  • Assist with performing feasibility analysis for process changes.
  • Mentor lower level analyst and provide informal guidance and training to new team members.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of relevant cash management and financial services experience preferred
  • Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Proven analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and cultivate partnerships across business regions
  • Proven project management and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
