About the role

  • Own revenue, pricing, channels, and pipeline
  • Retain & expand customers through key-account, renewal, and upsell programs
  • Translate strategy into clear GTM OKRs
  • Create dashboards for forecast, funnel, and performance
  • Collaborate with KOLs and build scientific impact
  • Coach, hire, and structure the team
  • Scale e-commerce/demand generation and advance green initiatives
  • Partner with R&D/Legal on IP protection and launches

Requirements

  • 15+ years in life science tools/biotech commercial leadership
  • Proven track-record scaling global revenue (incl. US), building teams, and installing operational rigor (OKRs, KPIs, CRM discipline)
  • Strength across sales & marketing growth levers
  • Scientific credibility with the ability to engage KOLs and translate complex value into outcomes
  • Collaborative leadership style; comfortable working closely with founders and cross-functional executives
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences; PhD or MBA a plus
  • English required; German helpful.
