About the role

  • Own and manage the portfolio of existing POS agencies
  • Build trust and strengthen relationships with current agencies
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the product suite
  • Formalise and execute regular business reviews (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly)
  • Act as the primary point of contact between agencies and Paynovate
  • Track agency performance, pipeline, and revenue contribution
  • Collaborate internally within the Sales team, Compliance, Operations, and Product teams
  • Identify gaps or underperforming agencies, and recommend improvements
  • Onboard 2-3 new strategic agencies in the first 12 months

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in account management, channel/partner management, or similar roles (ideally in fintech, payments, or financial services - SaaS also considered)
  • Proven ability to grow revenue via upsells and cross-sales
  • Able to engage and motivate distributors, resellers, and integrators toward shared goals
  • Experience structuring account reviews and performance tracking
  • Comfortable using CRM software (HubSpot experience a plus)
  • Clear communicator, able to manage diverse stakeholders
  • Independent, proactive, and process-driven
  • Fluency in Dutch, English and French
  • Any other European language is an added value
