About the role

  • Managing full lifecycle recruitment and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruiting needs for entry-level and internship roles
  • Developing and executing recruitment strategies at assigned universities to drive a high quality, diverse applicant pool to GEICO
  • Seeking out innovative opportunities and fostering relationships at assigned universities to positively build the GEICO employment brand
  • Managing GEICO resources and allocating budget and associate time towards recruiting efforts
  • Maintaining engagement with candidates from assigned universities throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or military experience
  • At least one year of experience in human resources, sales, talent recruitment or development, customer service or higher education
  • Ability to travel to assigned universities up to 75% during peak season
  • Strong verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to present in front of large audiences with ease
