Managing full lifecycle recruitment and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruiting needs for entry-level and internship roles

Managing GEICO resources and allocating budget and associate time towards recruiting efforts
Maintaining engagement with candidates from assigned universities throughout the recruitment process
Requirements
Bachelors degree or military experience
At least one year of experience in human resources, sales, talent recruitment or development, customer service or higher education
Ability to travel to assigned universities up to 75% during peak season
Strong verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to present in front of large audiences with ease
