About the role

  • Define lead generation targets, segmentation, and buyer persona for each campaign
  • Coordinate execution with Traffic Management, SDRs, and the sales team
  • Monitor metrics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Adjust campaigns based on conversion data and feedback from the sales team
  • Create playbooks and templates for future campaigns, ensuring standardization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, technologist degree, or technical diploma
  • 2 years of experience in marketing
  • Spanish and English (Level 2 proficiency)
  • Strategic mindset
  • Writing skills
