Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients
Promote and sell financial products and services, meeting or exceeding sales targets
Reaching out to potential customers, presenting financial services solutions, and closing sales
Manage outbound calls, actively engage with clients, and provide a high level of service to build long-term relationships
Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions
Maintain knowledge of products and services to provide accurate and helpful information
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize sales strategies
Record and document all sales activity accurately in the CRM system
Requirements
Flexible availability - shifts will be a mixture of morning, afternoon and weekend
Previous experience in outbound sales or a call center environment preferred
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a goal-driven mindset
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a high-volume sales setting
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Availability to work hybrid based on our London, ON office on a full-time basis
