- 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master for Agile software development or digital transformation teams
- Working knowledge of regulated environments (e.g., GxP, HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11) and industry standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR)
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with Agile toolsets such as JIRA, MS Office, and other collaboration tools
