About the role
- Business Process Improvement Consultant assisting in the transformation of corporate compliance processes for a leading corporate services provider in Europe. Collaborating with legal and compliance functions to enhance workflows and technology.
Responsibilities
- Review and interpret existing as-is process documentation for compliance across Luxembourg and other EU jurisdictions
- Define future state processes that are efficient, standardised, and compliant, identifying opportunities to streamline and standardise legal and regulatory workflows
- Develop cost-neutral business cases, ensuring changes don’t exceed current FTE cost levels
- Partner with legal, compliance, finance, and technology teams to shape business requirements, and collaborate with tech teams on Appian implementation and future enhancements
- Contribute to sprint-based delivery, providing clear artefacts and measurable outcomes
Requirements
- Proven track record in business process improvement / re-engineering within corporate compliance, legal operations, or entity management
- Experience of Luxembourg SPV compliance and European regulatory frameworks (France, Germany, Benelux)
- Familiarity with real estate investment structures and how they interact with legal entities and governance
- Experience working with Appian (preferred) or similar workflow tools (e.g. PEGA)
- Excellent stakeholder management, able to bridge legal, business, and technology
- Comfortable defining business requirements and collaborating with tech teams to deliver
