About the role

  • Review and interpret existing as-is process documentation for compliance across Luxembourg and other EU jurisdictions
  • Define future state processes that are efficient, standardised, and compliant, identifying opportunities to streamline and standardise legal and regulatory workflows
  • Develop cost-neutral business cases, ensuring changes don’t exceed current FTE cost levels
  • Partner with legal, compliance, finance, and technology teams to shape business requirements, and collaborate with tech teams on Appian implementation and future enhancements
  • Contribute to sprint-based delivery, providing clear artefacts and measurable outcomes

Requirements

  • Proven track record in business process improvement / re-engineering within corporate compliance, legal operations, or entity management
  • Experience of Luxembourg SPV compliance and European regulatory frameworks (France, Germany, Benelux)
  • Familiarity with real estate investment structures and how they interact with legal entities and governance
  • Experience working with Appian (preferred) or similar workflow tools (e.g. PEGA)
  • Excellent stakeholder management, able to bridge legal, business, and technology
  • Comfortable defining business requirements and collaborating with tech teams to deliver
