Responsibilities
Review and interpret existing as-is process documentation for compliance across Luxembourg and other EU jurisdictions
Define future state processes that are efficient, standardised, and compliant, identifying opportunities to streamline and standardise legal and regulatory workflows
Develop cost-neutral business cases, ensuring changes don’t exceed current FTE cost levels
Partner with legal, compliance, finance, and technology teams to shape business requirements, and collaborate with tech teams on Appian implementation and future enhancements
Contribute to sprint-based delivery, providing clear artefacts and measurable outcomes
Requirements
Proven track record in business process improvement / re-engineering within corporate compliance, legal operations, or entity management
Experience of Luxembourg SPV compliance and European regulatory frameworks (France, Germany, Benelux)
Familiarity with real estate investment structures and how they interact with legal entities and governance
Experience working with Appian (preferred) or similar workflow tools (e.g. PEGA)
Excellent stakeholder management, able to bridge legal, business, and technology
Comfortable defining business requirements and collaborating with tech teams to deliver
