About the role

  • Find and cultivate new interested clients
  • Schedule appointments and presentations with interested prospects
  • Contribute effectively within a new business sales squad
  • Perform outbound prospecting calls and email contact to qualified leads
  • Maintain a list of prospects using HubSpot
  • Develop a playbook of multiple sales call approaches
  • Represent the Bolt On value proposition
  • Record and accurately maintain the status of all work within CRM

Requirements

  • High Energy Competitive Self-Starter
  • Ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with new prospective customers
  • Discipline and resilience to execute high outreach call volumes
  • Extensive knowledge of the Bolt On product portfolio
  • Comfort working with SaaS products, CRM tools, and other sales technologies
  • Ability to commute into the Tampa office 3 days each week (Tuesday - Thursday)
