About the role

  • Business Development Manager driving customer acquisition across Europe for a premium health and wellness brand. Building partnerships and shaping sales strategies for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pitch, and onboard new retail partners, including health clubs, tennis clubs, independent pharmacies, and premium retailers (think H&B, Planet Organic, Whole Foods, Selfridges, Harrods, Zapp).
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key retail contacts and brand partners.
  • Represent the brands at industry events, product launches, and wellness experiences.
  • Support event management and experiential marketing initiatives.
  • Manage your sales pipeline, maintain trackers, and report progress regularly.
  • Write compelling client proposals and sales pitches tailored to each opportunity.
  • Collaborate closely with brand founders and owners to shape and deliver the retail sales strategy.

Requirements

  • An accomplished sales professional with a track record of consistently exceeding targets.
  • Skilled at building relationships and engaging diverse audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organised; thrives on taking ownership of projects.
  • Comfortable with hybrid working and occasional travel for client meetings and events.
  • Event management or experience with high-end/luxury brands is a plus.
  • Driving license and car advantageous but not essential.
