Responsibilities
Identify, pitch, and onboard new retail partners, including health clubs, tennis clubs, independent pharmacies, and premium retailers (think H&B, Planet Organic, Whole Foods, Selfridges, Harrods, Zapp).
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key retail contacts and brand partners.
Represent the brands at industry events, product launches, and wellness experiences.
Support event management and experiential marketing initiatives.
Manage your sales pipeline, maintain trackers, and report progress regularly.
Write compelling client proposals and sales pitches tailored to each opportunity.
Collaborate closely with brand founders and owners to shape and deliver the retail sales strategy.
Requirements
An accomplished sales professional with a track record of consistently exceeding targets.
Skilled at building relationships and engaging diverse audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communicator with strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organised; thrives on taking ownership of projects.
Comfortable with hybrid working and occasional travel for client meetings and events.
Event management or experience with high-end/luxury brands is a plus.
Driving license and car advantageous but not essential.
