About the role

  • Account Manager managing a key portfolio of real estate agents for Renowned, a platform for Local Expert Marketing. Proactively engaging with clients to retain subscriptions and enhance online presence.

Responsibilities

  • Be the lead point of contact for your portfolio real estate agents
  • Proactively contact customers who are current Renowned clients nearing the end of their contract and help them see the value in retaining their Renowned subscription - negotiating to renew or extend their contracts
  • Educate your customers on how to get the most out of our online digital and marketing products and train them on how to boost their online presence
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and weekly activity KPIs
  • Relay market trends to your customer and take on customer feedback to pass onto the Product team

Requirements

  • Experience in an Account Management role in digital media, SaaS or Real Estate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey information to clients via phone, email and Zoom meetings
  • Experience with Hubspot or other CRM highly preferred
  • Highly organised
