About the role
- Hunt for new opportunities – identify and engage with potential clients, building relationships with key decision-makers
- Develop a winning sales strategy – drive new business growth and expand our market presence in Belgium
- Sell innovative solutions – promote and sell intelligent meeting room solutions, UC platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.), and other collaboration technologies
- Work cross-functionally – collaborate with technical, presales, and marketing teams to craft tailored solutions that address customer needs
- Own the sales cycle – from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closing
- Stay ahead of the game – keep up with market trends, competition, and emerging technologies in UC and collaboration
- Deliver results – exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
- A proven hunter in B2B sales, with a strong track record in UC, intelligent meeting rooms, AV solutions, or collaboration technologies
- Experience in business development, sales, or account management within the IT, telecom, or technology sector
- A deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to craft compelling, tailored solutions
- The ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value for customers
- A self-motivated, goal-driven mindset, thriving in a fast-paced sales environment
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English (essential for the Belgian market)
- A strong network within enterprise and mid-market companies in Belgium is a plus
