Responsibilities
Manage specific broker relationships within a geographical territory
Deliver excellent service through an effective business development strategy
Support the delivery of the Society’s strategic mortgage lending plans
Identify, build and manage designated intermediary relationships
Requirements
Experience of identifying and developing successful new and existing business relationships and opportunities is desirable but not essential to the role as full training will be provided.
First class communication and presentation skills are required along with the ability to self manage effectively.
Strong negotiation, influencing and problem resolution skills are essential.
CeMAP or a similar mortgage qualification, knowledge of the UK mortgage marketplace and good knowledge of mortgage products and lending policies would be advantageous however not essential.
