About the role

  • Manage specific broker relationships within a geographical territory
  • Deliver excellent service through an effective business development strategy
  • Support the delivery of the Society’s strategic mortgage lending plans
  • Identify, build and manage designated intermediary relationships

Requirements

  • Experience of identifying and developing successful new and existing business relationships and opportunities is desirable but not essential to the role as full training will be provided.
  • First class communication and presentation skills are required along with the ability to self manage effectively.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing and problem resolution skills are essential.
  • CeMAP or a similar mortgage qualification, knowledge of the UK mortgage marketplace and good knowledge of mortgage products and lending policies would be advantageous however not essential.
