About the role

  • Strategically analyse the city and identify key regions to target
  • Work closely with Strategy & Planning to identify Hexes that deliver density and coverage
  • Proactively identify, prospect and engage potential partners to build a strong sales pipeline
  • Drive network growth in your territory: secure Lockers and PUDOs into new locations (outdoor first, indoor second, PUDO third)
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships internally and externally
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and personal goals
  • Use a combination of warm leads and self-generated leads to close sales with Landlords, Asset Managers & Property Managers
  • Use analytics tools to guide decision making and strategy; analyse territory potential and track sales activities
  • Produce performance reports and maintain CRM from lead qualification to signed contract, including deployment forecasts
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team and other departments including Marketing, Strategy & Deployment

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales
  • Ability to clearly communicate product benefits to a variety of prospects
  • Ability to create and deliver highly engaging presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Analytical and data oriented approach to sales, utilising frameworks and tools
  • Agile and responsive – ability to prioritise and juggle multiple opportunities
  • Winning attitude and growth mindset
  • Experience and understanding of retail, ecommerce and logistics (bonus)
  • Experience selling to property managers and landlords (bonus)
