Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities
  • Develop strategies to approach and secure new business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management
  • Work closely with the marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends
  • Present findings to senior management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of market research and analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
