About the role

  • Sales role in a health tech startup based in Munich, managing inbound leads and product presentations. Collaborate closely with founders to scale the business and optimize client processes.

Responsibilities

  • As the second full‑time sales hire, you will actively help shape the company’s sales structure.
  • Varied responsibilities ranging from lead generation and product presentations to developing the best possible solution for the customer.
  • Primarily manage inbound leads and MQLs, with occasional cold outreach when needed.
  • Execute full end‑to‑end pitches — from needs assessment and product demonstration to negotiation and closing.
  • Represent the company at medical conferences and trade shows.
  • Identify and develop new lead channels and continuously optimize existing channels.

Requirements

  • Enjoy making calls and engaging, persuading, and exciting people.
  • Confident handling of high‑pressure situations and a goal‑oriented approach — ideally with experience working against sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Fluent German (C2).
  • Based in Munich or willing to relocate to Munich.
  • Nice to have: experience in healthcare and sales.
  • Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot.
