Responsibilities
As the second full‑time sales hire, you will actively help shape the company’s sales structure.
Varied responsibilities ranging from lead generation and product presentations to developing the best possible solution for the customer.
Primarily manage inbound leads and MQLs, with occasional cold outreach when needed.
Execute full end‑to‑end pitches — from needs assessment and product demonstration to negotiation and closing.
Represent the company at medical conferences and trade shows.
Identify and develop new lead channels and continuously optimize existing channels.
Requirements
Enjoy making calls and engaging, persuading, and exciting people.
Confident handling of high‑pressure situations and a goal‑oriented approach — ideally with experience working against sales targets.
Strong communication skills.
Fluent German (C2).
Based in Munich or willing to relocate to Munich.
Nice to have: experience in healthcare and sales.
Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot.
