About the role

  • Acquire new SME clients in our target Czech market out of a pool of leads
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers at targeted accounts
  • Active calling and communication with prospect accounts from targeted sectors
  • Overcome objections and effectively communicate value propositions to key decision makers regarding appropriate offerings
  • Highly pro-active in both researching and finding opportunities in the FX, payments, and card industry
  • Aware of industry trends and maintains extensive knowledge of competitor's offerings
  • Generate revenue through recurring deals and additional services
  • Collaboration with our operations, marketing, and other teams

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal communication
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Track record in solution-oriented selling
  • Experienced in Business and Account Development ideally within the SME payment/fx sector
  • Ability to network and research clients
  • Self-motivated, proactive and target oriented
  • Strong ability to learn and work independently, self-management skills
  • Very high proficiency in Czech
  • Proficiency in English
